Ripple is expanding tokenisation infrastructure for institutions on the XRP Ledger, aiming to broaden capabilities from issuance and custody to transfers and collateral use. It said it invested in digital transfer-agent technology firm ZILO and tokenisation and digital asset trading platform Liquido. Ripple said it will add regulated transfer-agency, digital issuance and collateral mobility features to its institutional infrastructure. Executives said institutional capital markets are moving on-chain and that value comes from what tokenised assets can do.
