Chery unveils 500 km range in 5-minute charging technology
Chinese automaker Chery has unveiled an ultra-fast charging technology it says can add enough power for up to 500 km of driving in 5 minutes. The company also presented its Volt-dragon charging system and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology at a conference in Wuhu, Anhui province. Chery said it aims to build 100 charging stations in 10 Chinese cities and reach 20,000 V2G-enabled stations worldwide by 2029.
