Dunamu reopens renovated Upbit Lounge, expands counselling and brand experience space
Dunamu, operator of digital asset exchange Upbit, has renovated and reopened its offline customer service space, the Upbit Lounge, on Oct. 22. The lounge provides support for customer service issues, disruptions and counselling. The company expanded it into a multi-purpose experience space that also showcases Upbit’s growth and Dunamu’s ESG activities. It includes an information desk, an ESG project area, brand and market data zones, and counselling areas.
