Tencent opens core Hy3 AI model free globally, first since hiring ex-OpenAI researcher
Tencent is expanding its next-generation artificial intelligence model Hy3 (Hunyuan 3.0) into global markets, targeting overseas developers, companies and general users. It is releasing the model via its WorkBuddy AI agent platform, Tencent Design Meora design tool and TokenHub model platform, and offering Hy3 free on WorkBuddy through Aug. 31. Tencent says Hy3 has 295 billion parameters and highlights AI agent functions for workplace use.
