Korean HR tech startup Specter said on Tuesday it has officially launched Effy, a real-time AI interviewer. Effy derives key evaluation factors from companies\' job postings, talent profiles and required competencies, and automatically designs personalised questions using applicants\' resume information. Interviews run in real time and voice answers are converted and saved as text through speech-to-text technology. The company said the system focuses on structuring question design and verification, rather than scoring answers.
