Naver links CRM to SmartPlace to help small merchants attract repeat customers
Naver is linking external customer management solutions to its SmartPlace platform to support offline merchants in securing repeat customers and running marketing. Naver said it introduced a membership integration feature that lets Place owners use CRM services DodoPoint, Payhere and Okpos via SmartPlace. The integration allows benefits such as coupons, discounts and points to be offered more easily on Naver Place and Maps. Naver also plans to expand links with franchise membership systems and enhance connectivity with Npay Connect terminals this year.
