SK launches Impact Booster to help social ventures scale up
SK said on Wednesday it will launch a scale-up support programme, Impact Booster, for social ventures at the growth stage. The programme targets social ventures that have moved beyond Pre-A funding and entered Series A or B rounds, before an IPO. SK plans to select about 10 companies a year, offering business cooperation with key affiliates and up to 70 million won in support, provided in phases based on progress and collaboration projects.

Com2uS Holdings, SBA to support small game developers\' global expansion
Com2uS Holdings said on March 23 it signed a memorandum of understanding with the Seoul Business Agency (SBA) to find games and support global publishing. Under the agreement, it will work with SBA to identify game companies based in Seoul and help them enter global markets. SBA is promoting its 2026 game content commercialisation support programme, covering AI-based game production, general production and marketing support. Fifteen private partners will provide expertise in publishing, investment and marketing.

SME lending fintech Newity raises $11 million to move loans on-chain
U.S. small-business lending fintech Newity raised $11 million in a strategic investment, The Block reported on Feb. 20 local time. The round was led by CMT Digital, the trading and investment arm of CMT Group, with participation from multiple private and institutional investors. Newity, founded in 2020 to support the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program loans, now focuses on government-backed and growth-secured loans. It plans to develop an on-chain loan transition strategy.
