Fasoo U.S. unit to merge with AI firm Konsilix, target global AX
Fasoo said on March 23 it will merge its U.S. unit with U.S. AI platform and consulting company Konsilix and set up a new enterprise AI company, Symbologic. The new entity will combine Fasoo’s data management, security capabilities and AI portfolio with Konsilix’s AI consulting staff and services. The companies aim to sign a final agreement and complete the merger by late April.
