Huawei may produce DRAM directly as vertical integration view resurfaces
Speculation has resurfaced that Huawei is building and operating DRAM production facilities in mainland China. TechRadar reported that Huawei is suspected of effectively controlling a DRAM plant through a joint structure with Shenzhen-based memory firm Qubulas, though Huawei has officially denied the claim.
