Asus unveils lightweight, easy e-bike conversion kit
Asus has unveiled a new conversion kit that turns a conventional bicycle into an electric bike, signalling a full-scale entry into the e-bike market. The company introduced its E250G1 Intelligent Bike Booster at the Taipei International Cycle Show. The friction-drive device transfers power to the rear wheel without chain connections and supports multiple wheel sizes. It includes a removable 159Wh battery, three ride modes, built-in rear light and an app.
