HR tech firm Phenom to acquire Included to expand talent data analytics platform
AI-based HR company Phenom will acquire talent analytics platform Included, SiliconANGLE reported on Jan. 14. Included provides a platform that integrates HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, and performance and engagement tools to analyze talent data in real time. The platform is designed to help companies predict hiring bottlenecks, attrition risk, productivity trends and equity gaps. Phenom plans to strengthen AI-driven HR analytics and offer more refined solutions for talent acquisition and retention.
