Ground raises $3.6 million to offer API for onchain yield products
Ground, a startup founded by former Superstate co-founder Reid Cumming, has closed a $3.6 million pre-seed funding round. The company provides a platform that lets fintech firms and asset managers access onchain yield products through an API. The round was co-led by Bain Capital Crypto and ParaFi, with participation from Nascent, Robot Ventures, Chapter One and CoinFund Ventures. Ground supports protocols including Aave, Morpho, Maple and Kamino.

Birchill raises $2.5 million to strengthen institutional on-chain credit infrastructure
Birchill Holdings raised $2.5 million in a pre-seed funding round. The Block reported the round was co-led by Parafi Capital and Castle Island Ventures, with participation from Nascent, FalconX Ventures, JST Digital, Flowdesk and BlueRoc founder Ramin Kampar. Birchill said it will use the funding to expand on-chain credit infrastructure for institutional investors and develop lending strategies focused on structured risk management and capital preservation.

Parafi Capital invests $35 million in Solana-based Jupiter
Parafi Capital invested $35 million in Solana-based on-chain trading and liquidity protocol Jupiter, Cointelegraph reported on Sunday. It is the first time Jupiter has raised outside capital after growing through a bootstrapped approach. The deal involved buying tokens at market price, with no discount and a long-term lockup. It also included warrant terms allowing Parafi Capital to buy additional tokens later at a higher price.
