Whistle opens parking enforcement alert service in Geoje
Mobility platform Whistle has expanded its parking and stopping enforcement alert service to Geoje in South Gyeongsang Province. The service sends real-time notifications to drivers when their vehicle is parked in a CCTV enforcement zone, encouraging them to move the vehicle to reduce unintended fines. The company said demand for parking rises around tourist sites and coastal roads in summer as more outside vehicles visit the city.
