Netmarble union says affiliate Jampot standby orders amount to forced resignations
The Netmarble chapter of the National Chemical Fiber Food Industry Labor Union criticised Netmarble affiliate Jampot for unilaterally placing 13 employees on standby, citing a project’s end. The union said workers were removed from their duties under the pretext of supporting job moves with three months’ compensation, with additional payment tied to resigning within a month. It also said home standby would be paid at 80 percent and demanded an immediate halt to what it called de facto forced resignations.
