Konan Technology unveils new Konan LLM model with stronger agentic AI

Konan Technology said on Tuesday it has launched a new version of its Konan LLM, combining its proprietary search engine with MCP tools to specialise in agentic AI. The company said the model strengthens tool use and built-in search to support autonomous AI agents in enterprise environments. It also includes an NL2SQL feature to let non-experts query and analyse databases through natural language. The company plans to add an agent builder and human-in-the-loop functions.

Dacube ranks No. 1 in Spider 2.0 Lite text-to-SQL benchmark

South Korean AI startup Dacube said on Jan. 20 it ranked first worldwide in the Lite category of Spider 2.0, an international text-to-SQL performance benchmark. The company said it scored 65.81 points, beating Snowflake and others. Dacube said the result follows its first-place finish in the DBT category in July last year. It said it has focused investment on NL2SQL technology for about four years.
