Dassault Systemes in talks to buy ArisGlobal for $2 billion - FT
France\'s Dassault Systemes is in talks to buy clinical trial software company ArisGlobal from Nordic Capital in a deal valued at about $2 billion, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the matter. The report said the deal has not been finalised and the negotiations could still fall apart. The move is part of Dassault Systemes\' expansion into life sciences software.
