Lee Eun-young appointed head of National Science Museum, first woman to lead it
South Korea\'s National Science Museum said on Monday that Lee Eun-young (이은영) has taken office as its 47th director-general, the first woman to lead the museum since it opened. Lee, a career civil servant, has held a series of posts at the Ministry of Science and ICT. She said she will build the museum into a platform linking science and the public and expand visitor-led experiences, while preparing for a super-aged society and the museum\'s centennial.
