KakaoBank union to halt after-hours outage response, raising service stability concerns

Concerns are rising about service stability after KakaoBank\'s labour union began a work-to-rule campaign refusing night, overtime and holiday work, and declining emergency outage response after working hours. The union said members began the action from midnight on Tuesday. It said they will work within limits that keep weekly hours within 40 on average and will not respond to instructions after hours.
