Korea Post to strengthen steps against phishing using fake mail arrival notices
Korea Post will add warning language and introduce anti-forgery features to help prevent phishing crimes using forged mail arrival notices. The Korea Post Office said on Oct. 21 it has implemented preventive measures after a string of reports of forged notices since Oct. 12. Local post offices have been given procedures for handling suspected forgeries, and promotional materials have been distributed to apartment and building management offices.
