Konan Technology supplies all-in-one AI server appliance to aT

Konan Technology said on Sunday it supplied an all-in-one AI server appliance, Konan AIStation ENT, to the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corp (aT) for its FIS food industry statistics information upgrade project and completed building large language model-based services. The company said the appliance approach enables AI services to run immediately after installation without complex infrastructure, and it finished system deployment and inspection within 2 months of signing the contract.

Konan Technology appoints Yang Seung-hyun as new COO

Konan Technology on Jan. 5 appointed founding member Yang Seung-hyun, a vice president and chief technology officer, as its new chief operating officer. Yang led development of the company’s Konan Search engine and its proprietary K language, and recently also served as SK Telecom’s CTO. Konan set its 2026 management goal as accelerating the shift to AI revenue, including building industry-specific AI agents and developing AI device solutions based on its Konan AIStation AI PC.
