DK Techin unveils KakaoWork 2.0, shifting collaboration tool into workplace AI platform
DK Techin, Kakao\'s IT solution development unit, is turning its collaboration tool KakaoWork into an AI platform. It unveiled KakaoWork 2.0 on July 14, adding a workplace AI agent called Work AI and introducing a new infrastructure structure. The update supports chat-based spelling and tone correction, summaries of unread chats and mentions, conversation search, translation, and text search in images. It also adds a knowledge search AI for internal rules and manuals.
