Kakao revamps \'KakaoTalk Now\' page to take user feedback directly
Kakao said on Oct. 21 it has revamped its user communication page, \'KakaoTalk Now\'. The update creates a new channel for users to submit feedback on KakaoTalk directly and introduces cases and processes showing how user 의견 has been reflected in service improvements. Users can submit comments through an input box at the bottom of the page. Kakao also rolled out a regular KakaoTalk update, adding new formatting options and notification controls.
