Jito, Solana Company partner to build Solana validator servers in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and South Korea
The Jito Foundation and Solana-based digital asset treasury firm Solana Company will cooperate to expand validator and staking infrastructure for institutional investors in the Asia-Pacific region, The Block reported on Tuesday. The companies plan to build and operate Solana validator servers in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and South Korea using Solana Company’s institutional network, Pacific Backbone. They will also develop JitoSOL-based staking products for large financial firms in Asia.

Jito Foundation acquires Solana ecosystem data, journalism platform SolanaFloor
Jito Foundation has acquired SolanaFloor, a data and journalism platform in the Solana ecosystem, and will restart operations that were suspended after a security incident earlier this year, Cointelegraph reported on March 10. SolanaFloor closed after its parent company Step Finance suffered a $4 billion treasury wallet leak. Jito Foundation plans to revive the platform while keeping its independent reporting function. SolanaFloor editor-in-chief Awais Abzal said the existing editorial team will remain and continue independent editorial operations.

Hanwha Asset Management to work with Jito Foundation on liquid staking ETP
Hanwha Asset Management will cooperate with the Jito Foundation to develop an exchange-traded product using JitoSOL, a liquid staking token based on the Solana blockchain, The Block reported on Feb. 23 local time. The partnership focuses on establishing technical and regulatory foundations for financial products using JitoSOL. Hanwha said JitoSOL offers profitability and liquidity and could appeal to retirement pension investors seeking portfolio diversification.
