Oura files confidential IPO paperwork with U.S. SEC, valued at $11 billion

Smart ring maker Oura has filed initial public offering paperwork with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, starting the listing process. It is working with major investment banks including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase, but has not disclosed a timetable. After a recent $875 million fundraising, Oura has been valued at about $11 billion, reports said. CEO Tom Hale said cumulative sales reached 5.5 million rings last year.
