Oura files confidential IPO paperwork with U.S. SEC, valued at $11 billion
Smart ring maker Oura has filed initial public offering paperwork with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, starting the listing process. It is working with major investment banks including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase, but has not disclosed a timetable. After a recent $875 million fundraising, Oura has been valued at about $11 billion, reports said. CEO Tom Hale said cumulative sales reached 5.5 million rings last year.

SpaceX kicks off biggest-ever IPO, picks Goldman Sachs as lead underwriter
SpaceX has picked Goldman Sachs to lead its initial public offering syndicate and is preparing to release a prospectus, CNBC reported. The company filed listing documents confidentially with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission last month and could publish the prospectus as soon as May 21. Morgan Stanley is set to follow Goldman, with Bank of America, Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase also participating.
