Bybit expands U.S. stocks and ETF service using USDC
Crypto exchange Bybit has launched a service that lets users trade more than 1,000 U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds using the stablecoin USDC. The service uses a brokerage-based structure rather than tokenised stock products, with U.S. broker Alpaca handling order execution and custody. Eligible users must meet requirements such as know-your-customer checks in permitted regions. Trades are settled in dollars on a T+1 cycle, and users hold economic rights, including dividends and stock splits, depending on terms.
