Samsung Electronics Service wins national service award for home appliance after-sales for second straight year
Samsung Electronics Service received the industry’s top evaluation for home appliance after-sales service for a second consecutive year. The Industrial Policy Research Institute said on Tuesday it selected the company as the winner in the home appliance AS category of the 2026 National Service Awards. The company earned high scores for service value and customer satisfaction, and was also praised for introducing differentiated services in line with changing customer demand.
