A2Z builds prototype logistics autonomous driving platform, eyes GGM freight trial in 2027
Autonomous A2Z said on Oct. 29 it has completed a prototype logistics autonomous mobile robot based on its Level 4 autonomous vehicle ROii. The skateboard-type platform carries cargo on a flat deck without a roof or enclosed box and has reinforced body and loading sections for loads of 1 ton or more. It adds safety lighting and external controls. A2Z will work with Chungbuk National University to advance autonomous driving models ahead of a 2027 trial at Gwangju Global Motors.
