LG Uplus provides communications and relief supplies to displaced residents after Guryong Village fire
LG Uplus said on Oct. 29 it provided emergency relief supplies and communications services to residents displaced by a fire in Seoul\'s Guryong Village, working with the Korean Red Cross. The company installed a free smartphone charging booth and WiFi at a shelter set up at Guryong Middle School and provided power banks. It also installed WiFi at Gaepo Middle School shelter so evacuees could contact family and acquaintances and check needed information.
