Hana Securities joins with ChildFund Korea to spread bequest donations using testamentary substitute trusts
Hana Securities will work with ChildFund Korea to promote a culture of bequest donations using testamentary substitute trusts. Hana Securities said it signed an MOU with the child welfare agency to support customers who want to donate assets through such trusts. The brokerage will provide trust design and practical support, including consultations with tax and legal experts. ChildFund Korea will execute and manage designated donations to ensure transparent and effective use.
