Kakao\'s Kim Bum-soo makes surprise visit to new hire training
Kakao Future Initiative Center head Kim Bum-soo visited the group’s new hire training without notice at Kakao AI Campus in Yongin, Kakao said on Thursday. He held an impromptu Q&A, took photos with recruits and spoke about work in the AI era. Kim urged staff to automate tasks repeated more than twice and to build ideas at least weekly. He called the AI era both a crisis and an opportunity and stressed problem definition.
