Flare CEO sees XRP evolving into yield-generating financial product
Flare Networks CEO Hugo Philion said he is strongly optimistic about XRP’s long-term value and expanding utility. He said XRP could evolve beyond a payments-focused digital asset into a financial product that generates real returns if usage on the Flare ecosystem scales. Philion said large amounts of XRP could be locked and used on-chain, enabling broader DeFi activity. He cited FXRP growth since its September 2025 launch and stressed long-term adoption over short-term price moves.
