Knocktown launches household-only messenger \'Family Chat\'
Trustay will officially launch a household-only messenger service, “Family Chat,” within its housing platform Knocktown on Oct. 29. The service is designed for family members using Knocktown to chat, share family information such as birthdays and anniversaries, and check complex notices and apartment management fee details. Users can create chat rooms, invite relatives, set names and forms of address, and link to a briefing function for housing-related notices.
