Ecopro Materials appoints Lee Kyu-bong as new CEO
Ecopro Materials said on March 23 it has appointed Lee Kyu-bong as its new chief executive officer. The company plans to accelerate efforts to raise its self-sufficiency rate for precursors and diversify its customer base by installing an expert in the secondary battery field at the helm. Lee has held strategy and planning and operations roles at Samsung SDI and Ecopro affiliates, including serving as COO at Ecopro Materials.
