Ripple adds Canton Network support to Ripple Custody, targets Wall Street tokenisation market

Ripple has added support for the Canton Network to version 1.43 of its institutional platform Ripple Custody. The update allows banks and funds to hold Canton Coin and CIP-56 tokens within a single secure environment. The move is seen as expanding infrastructure aimed at Wall Street’s real-world asset tokenisation market. The Canton Network focuses on privacy for multi-party transactions, while CIP-56 supports delivery-versus-payment settlement without cross-chain bridges.

Circle unveils Arc Studio to build onchain apps with a single prompt

Circle has unveiled Arc Studio, an AI coding agent built for its blockchain-based Arc network. Designed to generate onchain applications, smart contracts and AI agents from a prompt, the tool creates full-stack apps within minutes based on natural-language descriptions. It can be used in a web browser and connected as a sub-agent to tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. It follows Arc’s mainnet launch and supports testing across nine blockchains.
