Multiverse Computing raises $570 million to expand AI model compression technology
Spanish company Multiverse Computing said on July 27 it raised $570 million, about 500 million euros, in a Series C funding round. The company’s valuation rose fivefold compared with its Series B round in 2025. The investment was co-led by Forgepoint Capital International, BNPP SIVF and Bullhound Capital. Multiverse Computing’s core technology, CompactifAI, uses tensor networks from quantum physics to reduce large language model size by 80 to 95 percent while minimising accuracy loss.
