Nasdaq-listed Evernode hires former Coinbase executive as CIO to run XRP strategy
Evernode, a treasury management firm that holds and manages XRP, has appointed former Coinbase Asset Management co-chief investment officer Hugo Jeandesboz as chief investment officer as it begins trading on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN. The company said it has chosen an active management model for its XRP holdings, requiring strategy and risk controls. Evernode completed a merger with SPAC Almada Acquisition Corp II on Oct. 9 and began trading on Oct. 12.
