Analysis of 400,000 Claude Code sessions shows rapid uptake by non-developers

Anthropic’s AI coding assistant Claude Code is spreading rapidly beyond developers into non-technical jobs such as management, finance and law, an analysis shows. Anthropic analysed about 400,000 sessions left by about 235,000 users from October 2025 to April 2026, using an automated research tool called Cleo. Coding tasks still make up more than half of sessions, but software operation and document work are rising. The study also found higher proficiency links to greater output and success rates.

Nvidia shares fall 2 percent amid uncertainty over OpenAI investment plan

Nvidia\'s shares fell 2 percent as uncertainty increased over a plan to invest $100 billion in OpenAI, CNBC reported on Feb. 2. Nvidia announced an agreement to provide OpenAI with at least 10 gigawatts of computing power and invest $100 billion, but internal uncertainty has grown. The Wall Street Journal reported CEO Jensen Huang told industry contacts late last year the investment was not binding or final.
