Kurly\'s \'Charieonae\' private-label ready meals top 1 million in cumulative sales
Kurly said on Jan. 15 that cumulative sales of its private-label home meal replacement brand Charieonae exceeded 1 million units nine months after launch. The company introduced the brand in April last year and expanded the lineup from 3 product categories to 24, an about eightfold increase. Its top-selling item was the Ham-Filled Songtan-style Budae Jjigae. Kurly said it uses domestic ingredients across the range and plans to expand to about 70 items this year.
