Bitwise expands crypto investing app with recommended portfolios
Asset manager Bitwise is adding cryptocurrency model portfolios to retail investing app Parrot Finance, shifting its crypto asset-allocation strategy from an advisory product to a consumer interface. The partnership offers users broad crypto exposure, themed strategies, monitoring and rebalancing. Parrot says it is an SEC-registered investment adviser and offers linked brokerage accounts and algorithm-based allocations. It is not yet clear whether the launch has led to new inflows or how much client money will shift.
