Cardone Capital takes on U.S. REIT market with hybrid real estate-bitcoin structure
Cardone Capital is seeking to enter the U.S. real estate investment trust market with a hybrid structure that pairs large multifamily properties with bitcoin. CEO Grant Cardone said the approach could target higher returns than traditional REITs and attract investors without prior bitcoin exposure. The firm said it buys discounted institutional-grade apartments and holds both property cash flow and bitcoin in a separate LLC. It cited a Boca Raton deal totaling about $335 million.
