Woori Bank sets up business succession support center to offer tailored solutions
Woori Bank said it has set up a Business Succession Support Center to help small and mid-sized companies achieve sustainable growth. The new centre was upgraded from a task force created under its management planning group in November. It will offer comprehensive solutions for succession options including inheritance and gifting within families, sales, mergers and acquisitions and transitions to professional management. The bank also plans to strengthen consulting with outside experts.
