Injective applies to register as transfer agent with SEC to put securities ownership records on chain

Injective has applied to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to register as a transfer agent, Cointelegraph reported on July 16. The move aims to create a regulatory path for placing securities ownership records on a blockchain. Transfer agents manage shareholder registers and track changes in securities ownership. Injective said putting this function on chain could support issuance and management of tokenised securities and assets, and reduce delays and reconciliation between intermediaries.

Intel adopts Gemini Enterprise companywide to automate chip design

Intel is adopting Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise across the company to automate semiconductor design and internal work. The company plans to speed workflows across operations, engineering, supply chain and marketing, while shortening chip design cycles. Intel will focus on agent-based AI to automate complex multi-step tasks, streamline development pipelines and expand coding support and engineering automation. It will use Google Cloud C4 and N4 instances to run multiple high-performance computing simulations in parallel.

The goal is a common control foundation that lets multiple robots operate and make decisions together in factories, logistics sites and healthcare settings. The companies have begun studying a joint business for social application of physical AI, using Nvidia platforms such as Cosmos, Omniverse, Isaac and Newton.
