Korea media-telecom regulator probes SK Telink over international calling sign-ups without consent
South Korea\'s Broadcasting Media Communications Commission said on Jan. 14 it has launched a fact-finding probe into telecom service provider SK Telink over allegations it concluded international calling service contracts without clearly confirming users\' intentions. The regulator previously inspected complaints involving the All Pass and All Together plans and found potential violations of prohibited acts under the Telecommunications Business Act. SK Telink is proceeding with cancellations and full refunds for subscribers with no usage history.
