Red Hat says shift from AI consumer to provider to control costs
Red Hat is reshaping its platform strategy for the era of AI agents, focusing on an open-source full-stack platform spanning hardware to agents. CTO Chris Wright said token prices are falling but enterprise token consumption is rising sharply, making reliance on external APIs and proprietary frontier models difficult to sustain. He urged firms to shift from paying for outside services to operating AI on their own infrastructure, backed by Red Hat AI Enterprise.

Dinoticia upgrades VLM-based preprocessing, launches service to support enterprise AI commercialisation
Dinoticia said it will help automate the preprocessing of unstructured documents, a problem often cited as a major cause of early failure in corporate AI projects. The company said it has officially launched its Seahorse Cloud SaaS service, enabling users to handle the full workflow in a single environment, from document upload to parsing, structuring and vectorisation. It also integrates RAGOps and AgentOps functions and is provided in an Amazon Web Services environment.

Dinotisia\'s \'Seahorse\' wins top-tier GS software certification
Dinotisia said on Tuesday its vector database solution, Seahorse, received the top Grade 1 GS software quality certification from the Telecommunications Technology Association. The national certification tests software in real operating environments based on ISO/IEC standards. Dinotisia said the result qualifies Seahorse for preferred purchasing by public institutions and helps meet requirements for entering the public market, including third-party unit price contracts with the Public Procurement Service.
