Salesforce tops IDC global CRM market share for 13th straight year
Salesforce ranked No. 1 in global customer relationship management (CRM) market share for the 13th consecutive year in IDC’s Worldwide Semiannual Software Tracker, the company said on Wednesday. IDC said Salesforce held 20.0 percent of the global CRM market in 2025, the largest share among CRM vendors worldwide. IDC’s definition of the CRM market includes sales productivity and management, marketing campaign management, customer service, contact center, advertising and digital commerce applications.
