KT M Mobile wins consumer-recommended No. 1 brand award for fourth straight year

KT M Mobile said on Monday it won the top prize in the budget mobile category at the 2026 Consumer-Recommended No. 1 Brand awards, marking its fourth straight year. The company said it is close to becoming the first budget mobile operator in the industry to surpass 2 million subscribers. KT renews CSAP certification for AICC solution to step up public sector push

KT said on Wednesday it has renewed Cloud Service Security Certification (CSAP) for its cloud-based subscription AI contact centre (AICC) solution, A’cen. The company plans to support stable AI counselling services in the public sector through 2031. CSAP is a cloud security certification programme overseen by the Korea Internet & Security Agency that evaluates whether security requirements are met for safe use by government and public institutions.
