Style commerce platform Ably launched a next-day delivery guarantee service and revamped its delivery support system for sellers. Ably Corporation said on Monday it officially launched a new delivery service, Arrival Guarantee.

Arrival Guarantee allows customers to receive items ordered by midnight on weekdays the next day. On weekends and public holidays, orders placed before 10 p.m. are delivered the next day, while orders placed between 10 p.m. and midnight arrive in two days. Customers can check the expected delivery date in advance at the time of ordering.

If sellers pre-stock products at a partner logistics center, the center handles the entire process from inventory storage to packing and shipping. Sellers do not need to respond directly to each order. It operates on a separate track from the existing Today Departure service, which guarantees same-day shipping dispatch, allowing sellers to choose based on their circumstances.

Logistics infrastructure has also been expanded. The company increased total delivery infrastructure to 10,800 pyeong by adding about 7,800 pyeong of partner logistics hubs in Gonjiam to its own 3,000-pyeong fulfillment center in Seongsu. An Ably official said, "We will continue to support infrastructure so that all sellers can grow within Ably regardless of their size or operating method."

Ably also plans to introduce an insights service that provides sellers with real-time sales data and trend analysis results for products using Arrival Guarantee. To mark the launch, it will run a promotion through July 7, providing all customers with a pack of discount coupons offering 12 percent off purchases of 15,000 won or more and 20 percent off purchases of 40,000 won or more.
