Rebellions said on Sunday it signed a strategic partnership agreement with CCK Solution to build a Korean full-stack AI ecosystem. It plans to combine Rebellions' low-power, high-performance NPU with CCK Solution's AI work platform to create an integrated service that companies can adopt immediately.
Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly develop an "end-to-end AI full-stack solution" for corporate customers. It will combine Rebellions' hardware and CCK Solution's software so companies can deploy it immediately without building their own infrastructure. The aim is to resolve the complex deployment process companies face and address token usage cost issues.
CCK Solution is a startup specialising in automation of corporate back-office work. It provides a platform that modularises complex practical tasks and manages them with intelligent AI agents so it can be applied immediately to a range of jobs. It is supplying its solution to major accounting firms in South Korea and is expanding to general companies and the public sector.
Rebellions CEO Seonghyun Park (박성현) said, "A Korean AI ecosystem is completed when capable companies in hardware and software closely cooperate beyond the capabilities of a single company." He added, "By combining CCK Solution's outstanding AI work platform with Rebellions' proven AI infrastructure capabilities into one, we will respond quickly and effectively to explosive demand for AX transformation in private and public markets and prove the true competitiveness of a Korean AI full stack."
