KT Genie Music said on Jan. 8 it will launch Stage Album, a content-fused digital ticket for live performances.
In addition to its digital ticket function for attending performances, Stage Album provides various content for audiences to experience concerts more fully.
On the performance platform Stage, users can buy packages that include media content such as performance videos and posters, special-edition photo cards and a video collect book, artist voice and music, and DVD content.
KT Genie Music said its strategy is to launch a performance digital ticket that offers differentiated value and to provide audiences with a richer concert experience across multiple areas, including concert viewing and communication with artists.
Kim Jung-wook, head of service planning at KT Genie Music, said it is designed to let audiences enjoy a fleeting performance, then own it through a digital ticket purchase and relive it more richly.
The product will be applied from boy group ONF's solo concert on Jan. 10. It will be sold as a digital ticket for watching the concert via online streaming. With a ticket purchase, the Stage Album app linked to the ticket will provide one set of unreleased photos of ONF members as a benefit. With the online streaming LIVE+RE-LIVE ticket, vertical short-form video and a voice message will also be provided.
