Naver Pay will run a gasoline promotion to ease users' burden amid high oil prices driven by fluctuations in crude prices.
The promotion runs through March 19. After applying for the benefit, users who make an on-site Npay payment (QR and Samsung Pay) of 50,000 won or more at any gas station nationwide will earn 5,000 won in points if they are using the Npay on-site payment service for the first time, or 3,000 won if they have used it before.
Users can take part using any payment method, including Npay Money and points as well as payments linked to credit cards. Points will be credited in a lump sum on March 31.
Gas stations that support Npay QR payments include GS Caltex, S-OIL, HD Hyundai Oilbank and SK Energy nationwide.
